The existing product in the upper hopper is transferred to a weighing chamber via a pneumatically controlled gate in the inlet box. Meanwhile, the weighing chamber gate remains closed. The required weight is measured by the weighing compartments, and this data is sent to the PLC system. The PLC system then opens the weighing chamber gate, allowing the product to be discharged into the lower hopper. When the final product batch fills the lower hopper, the capacitive level control switch sends this information to the PLC system, and the filling process repeats.
